These terms govern your use of bagfamilia.com (the "Site") and any music you buy here. The Site is operated by No Future Without Art LLC ("we", "us"), doing business as Bag Familia and Bag Familia Records. When you use the Site or make a purchase, you are contracting with No Future Without Art LLC.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we offer

The Site offers free music videos, 30-second song previews, and digital purchases of the album Survivors Remorse by 612AP and its individual songs, which unlock full on-site playback. See our pricing. You must be of legal age to make a purchase, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

Orders and payment

Orders are currently paid by Cash App directly to No Future Without Art LLC (Cash App: $BagJEFE). You give us your name, email and $Cashtag, send the shown amount with the order note, and we unlock your music once we confirm the payment. We are the seller for these orders and handle customer service and refunds ourselves. See also our refund policy.

Licence

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to listen to the purchased music for private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast, or upload the music elsewhere, or circumvent any technical limits on playback.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• fraud, spam, or impersonating others;
• infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property, including copying or sharing music or videos;
• interfering with security — introducing malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, or scraping content.

Intellectual property

No Future Without Art LLC and its artists retain all rights in the Site and its content, including music, videos, artwork, software, and the Bag Familia and 612AP names and branding.

Service availability

We work to keep the Site running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
